The Fresh Dessert Company – FDC is located in Pinley House – we offer exceptional onsite catering services and we run the Café area. We have kept our name from when we specialised in freshly made desserts.

We care, big time!
Stellantis chose us to run the Pinley House café because we're a family-run, local company that loves giving back. Based in Nuneaton and employing Coventry people, we’re all about supporting local communities – including many of your colleagues and neighbours!
But it doesn’t stop there. We’re proud to help disadvantaged young people get a foot in the door through apprenticeships with the Stellantis Performance Academy. It’s all about creating opportunities and making a real difference!
We’re all over social media and LinkedIn, spreading the word and giving a shout-out to the amazing businesses based in Pinley House. Plus, our CEO, Emma Shiers, is a bit of a superstar, known both locally and nationally for her dedication to helping deprived communities.

Fresh and Delicious
All food is prepared on site using the freshest ingredients. We can cater specifically for you by making your food just how you want it. To ensure that everybody can enjoy our catering, salad is served separate to the sandwiches for you to add if you wish. All of our break is freshly baked and purchased from a local bakery.

Our Catering Options
All of the below can be tailored to meet your needs. Please feel free to ask for any specific requirements for your catering in the provided section on the order form.

*There may be times when some items are unavailable so we will provide an alternative. If this occurs we will inform you immediately to arrange alternatives.
Lunch Option 1 -£3.50 per person (plus VAT)
- A mixture of white and wholemeal bread, sandwich platter containing vegetarian options as standard.
- Our fillings are made fresh onsite using high quality ingredients.
- Salad garnish
- Individual packets of walkers crisps, ready salted, cheese and onion and salt and vinegar.
Lunch Option 2 - £5.50 per person (plus VAT)
- A mixture of white and wholemeal sandwiches
- Selection of wraps on a platter with garnish.
- Mini sausage rolls,
- Breaded chicken,
- Mini quiche,
- Mini pork pies
- Mini pizza
- Side salad.
- Mixture of cakes.
- Add a fruit pot for an additional 50p per person
Lunch Option 3- £7.00 per person (plus VAT)
- A mixture of sandwiches including farm house brown bread (contains seeds)
- Selection of wraps presented on a platter with garnish. Mini sausage rolls
- Breaded chicken strips
- Mini quiche
- Mini pork pies,
- Mini pizza and
- Mini spring rolls and a selection of dips.
- Individual packets of Fairfield crisps
- Selection of cakes and fruit pots.
Executive Lunch - £8.50 per person (plus VAT)
- A selection of crackers, cheese and cold meats (vegan alternative available)
- A platter of sandwiches (including farm house wholemeal bread contains seeds)
- Selection of wraps
- Selection of mini rolls,
- Side salad including crunchy carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks with dip.
- Mini sausage rolls
- mini pork pies,
- mini quiche
- breaded chicken strips,
- pitted olives.
- A selection of dips
and chutneys. - Individual packets of Fairfield crisps.
- Selection of mini fresh cream cakes, mini
loaf cakes and cupcakes or fruit scones with jam and cream.
Soup - £1.50 per person (Plus VAT)
Fresh hot soup with the option of croutons and a mini roll
Drinks & Biscuits - Price per person
- Tea, coffee, water, juice and individually wrapped biscuit selection £1.50 pp
Cans £1.20
Bottles of still water £1.20
Bottle of sparkling water £1.50
Or you can visit our café area, and choose from Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha. Chai Latte, Flat
White, Espresso – various syrups available and a selection of teas.
Small £1.20 large £2.70 add a syrup or additional shot for 50p
We provide various milks including, oat milk, lactose free milk, soya milk and coconut milk at no extra cost!!!
Breakfast Option 1 - 90p per person
Assortment of freshly mini croissants, mini pain au chocolate, mini vanilla crown, mini apricot
crown, mini apple crown (a gluten and milk free option is available on request)
Breakfast Option 2 -£1.50 per person
- Fresh fruit pot – containing a variety of fresh seasonal fruit (banana bunch and apples provided on request for an additional 50p per person
